I do not know what url they mean? do they mean paypal url or the plug-in url?

IPN URL you need to use is:
http://sitename.com/billing-paypal/order/notify
Where:
sitename.com - is the URL of your powered by Oxwall site.

I have it all set up, the issue i'm having is it does not seem to be doing the IPN and when I go to the link which is SSL I get a white blank page.
