I dont know if this is a bug or maybe its the way this function works.
I can see and use the "Invite new members" when logged in as Admin but when logged in as a user this function is nowwhere to be found. Must it be activated to show on all users? if so where do I change this to make it available to all.

This option for admin only, because it is located in admin area. There is an import contacts plugin wich work similar to this option. But this plugin currently doesn't available due to changes in API of Yahoo, Facebook and Gmail. We wil fix it in some of next updates.
