Hi can anyone tell me how to use oxwall 1.7's mobile layout on tablets as well as phone? i.e. min screen size less than 1024px. currently iy only recognises mobile phones.

Omari, ow_core/ow.php file is where redirect to mobile version takes place.
We also use third party library called "Wurfl" ( ow_libraries/wurfl) to detect whether user is visiting the site from phone or not.
You will need to edit wurfl library and add tablets there.
