Newsfeed Error (Video/Photo Button Not Working) [Solved] | Forum

My newsfeed is not allowing me to attach pics and videos, i think its a javascript error because when i checked it it had no execution added. How can i fix this?

What software and newsfeed versions? Have you updated anything? What theme are you using? Have you updated your theme?

I updated the plugin but im currently still using oxwall 1.61 and I can't find the 1.61 version of the plugin to re-install

Mr it wont work if you updated plugin but still using 1.6,

In know i was trying to find out if there was anywhere could find the older version of the newsfeed plugin. It's not showing in download store

Why don't you just update your oxwall to 1.7  this would be the best solution

Why don't you remove the updated plugin then Why do you not make a backup ,and then do the oxwall update .

I believe you don't have important data or members on your website since you don't have a backup. 


Can you uninstall current version of newsfeed plugin from the admin panel? If yes, then you can install previous version of newsfeed. See attachment

As Pete noticed, you will need to update the core first and then plugins, disable all third-party plugins before updating, switch to the default theme and do the backup of your website.
