Tammy you will need to enable debug mode or see any firebug console errors as in this tutorial: http://docs.oxwall.org/faq:parse-error-troubleshooting also, look in the error logs, so we could know the actual error.

no ross i not get back to it yet busy other stuff still users could not register i have fixed that and lots little crazy problems

admin sill can not delete old photos
upload photos select a album works but can to type a new album name in the input box
join page still has error in this error log and the last 3 are delete photo error

Tammy, please disable all third-party plugins and switch to the default theme, I'll check the issue then.
