can you explain a little bit more, its not so clear from the screenshots...

I understand the Add is shown on the main page, but where does a user create the add? Directly on the main page too or in his profile (which I would prefer) ?

Suggestion:

I imagine to use it as ads for looking for jobs.

while the add is time limited on the main page, it could maybe displayed permanently (until deleted by the user) on the users own profile. That would be helpful.
