Password Protect a page | Forum

Is there any plugin that will password protect a page so that only specific users who have the pass can access it ?

I did a search and found an old post through google that showed an old oxwall post that had a plugin before that would do this but is no longer there.

Any idea's ?

Thanks all

John

We made a lot of our (old) plugin source codes free at this topic here: www.oxwall.org/forum/topic/19430?page=1#post-93880

The plugin we made long ago was called "Private Pages" where you could set individual passwords for each page and then set which users can pass without a password and which can't.

Great to hear you solved your problem and enjoy the plugin, John. We currently have no plans of re-adding it to the store, but we might consider it someday.

+1 for re-adding the plugin in the store...

This seems to be a really nice plugin that could be very useful.

Does it work with the new 1.7 version ?

I am using 1.5.3

too many bugs in 1.7 for me

I will wait till the totally stable version is released ,

when I installed 1.7 it crashed my site totally.
