Update error - Smileys | Forum

I can no longer access anything in my admin control panel. I get this message when I try to access my plugins "The source code of 'Smileys' plugin was updated. Need to update plugin DB." When I hit the update button it takes me to a page on my website that says
Page not found

Sorry, this document doesn't exist.

SOLVED.... Had to alter smileys plugin database
