When I try to share on Facebook, the thumbnail is from the previous post.
Any ideas how to fix?

I have noticed this for quite a bit and thought it might fix itself but it's hasn't.

Actually it's pulling the images from the "Other User Videos". I just noticed the pattern.
The screenshot I just attached is the Video page on a specific video and the three different Images it allows me to choose from for the Facebook post. As you can see the 3 images are the exact same images as the "Other User Videos"

Facebooks follows a pattern on selecting the image to be pulled.
1) using meta tag
2) Ramdom

So basically I have to figure out the issue on my own and fix on my own.

Not really. This plugin basically plugs-in to other plugin pages to share the link. If you want the correct images to be shared, each and every plugin should be edited to allow the correct image.
