Yes it is correct. Should I get an email if the cron runs correctly? I am only getting errors or nothing.

Downgraded to PHP/5.3.28 with cron line:

 php -cron /home/kellyc/public_html/ow_cron/run.php

and still getting:

Fatal error:Class 'PDO' not found in /home/xxxx/public_html/ow_core/database.php on line 185

do you have pdo installed

Is it possable there is a class syntax problem in database.php when using php 5.3 and above?

Kelly, have you managed to resolve your issue. I entered your website, run the cron manually, seems like everything is ok or NOT? please confirm. 

Well it seems to be partly now except that users are not being logged out and I get no email from the cron job indicating of success.

Added the line print("Cron Job Complete"); to the end of run.php and am now getting:

Why are Members not being logged out?

Members have been logged out by Cron, after being inactive for 30 minutes, which is means Cron jobs are configured improperly

Cron jobs are configured improperly? Ok, what configuration should I look at if members are not being logged out? The cron command in cpanel seems to be working.

ross my site is same member are not logged out for inactivity never have been in 1.53 to 1.7 

and since the update here last week i am getting logged out of oxwall site now for inactivity 
before the update here to oxwall site i could leave browser open for 48 hours and not get logged out but now i am at the 30 minutes
