I Love OW. its been wonderful.

There is one major flaw that I see.

We have about 20 questions that we ask our uses when they sign up. Some of it are general profile questions, but much of it is rather private.

All of this information NEEDS to be available to the Admin, for our records.

Only  some of it is appropriate for other users to see..

Right now, the only option we have is to Show profile or not..

The admin should be able to see EVERY question on the profile.. even if view profile is turned off for the question.. What good does a question do, if its not available to the Admin?
I know that there has been some discussion about whether or not to show the admin the password.. I personally dont care about the password.. but any custom questions I ask them are my business as the admin for sure..

Kelvin, the issue is solved. Admin can see all questions, regardless whether they are turned off on profile view.

The practical focus and personalized approach make these courses more effective than theoretical courses. Real projects and cases allow participants to gain experience that is hard to find elsewhere. This makes the training more useful and applicable to real life, as confirmed by the participants' feedback.
