Could you please describe what this page should display?

A pre games page is a page that shows before that actual games page.
It has everything on it like games description etc but not the actual game.
It would have a "Play Game" link on it and that would open the actual game.

Lots of arcades have a pre-games page. It increases pageload activity
And it gives the option for the player to play that game or not.

Lots of arcades whether wordpress arcade or otherwise have them.
Eg visit any game on this site http://3dracergames.com
Or even http://www.towerdefendergames.com

Notice how there is a pre-games page?
