The mass mailing on my site is not working and has never worked from the start!!!! Please help!

- does allow your provider Mass-Mailing over PHP-Mailer ?
- have you install correct the CRON function for oxwall ?
make sure that CRON is correct installed

All the mailing for updated and registration go out, just not the mass mailing.

ok..then the normal php.mailer is working,
it seemed to be a provider restriction for php-mailer, ask him if this true
