Кристина, first of all Oxwall doesn't have widgets that display users' latest photos. So if you would like to have such feature you will need to develop it from scratch.
What Oxwall has is widget called "Photo albums". If you would like to place this widget on the top of user's profile page you just need to move this widget to the top from Admin Panel > Pages&Menus > User Profile.
