Hi i dowloaded the upgrade pack rellease cos i dont know how to do the cron and have asked how to do it but no one wants to help so i am going to install my selp i have file zila i have downloaded the upgrade but dont know were to drop it in can some one help me please.

Like i stated in another thread you bombarded, unzip it and upload it overwriting your files and go to yoursite.com/ow_updates
