When i try to uninstall Blog Plugin. it gives error. 

OW Debug - ExceptionMessage:Can't find config `uninstall_inprogress` in section `blogs`!File:/home/username/public_html/site/folder/ow_system_plugins/base/bol/config_service.php

InvalidArgumentException

In config.php debug, dev mode set to TRUE. finally i found this error. How can i solve this.
