admin+manage_plugin_add_extract_error HELP? | Forum

I am trying to transfer my users from my wall.fm account to my oxwall site.

Every time I try and install the Data Importer, I get this error " admin+manage_plugin_add_extract_error "

Can anybody help? I use HostGator to host my website.

Host? Does it meet the requirements?

Ver 1.2.3 (oxwall)
Hostgator - I think it meets requirements, I used the automatic install on Hostgator, so I would assume so. I will check though.

Oxwall ison 1.2.6 HostGators install is outdated and also misses files etc. Id suggest you do a fresh manual install of 1.2.6.

I've just manually installed 1.2.6. Still no joy :(

Did it ask for your ftp details and did you insert them correctly? I am with hostgator too so it isn't an environment issue more likely something you are or aren't doing.

Get sure you have write premissions (chmod 777) on this two folders:

ow_pluginfiles/plugin
ow_pluginfiles/ow
