CSS Not Loading (isolated incident on particular computer) [Solved] | Forum

My css does not load on the computer I have at work where I'm using a Firefox 32.0 browser on Windows XP SP3.  Everything is just text with some images.  Oddly, the admin panel looks perfectly fine.  IE8 on the same computer does show the styling.  Anywhere else, the styles show fine.

I am running OxArt optimizer (everything enabled) if that matters.

I'm not too worried because it seems to be an isolated incident on this particular computer.  But it would be nice to get this fixed.  Any advice appreciated.  Thanks.

Ah ok it definitely was OxArt optimizer.  I disabled it and everything is fine.  Also my host runs Lightspeed which likely caused things to go haywire.

Ok, thanks for letting us know. I'm going to mark this post as Solved then.

UPDATE - may NOT be necessarily OxArt Optimizer although may be contributing to it.  I suspect the proxy settings on this particular computer (not my personal computer) is causing some issues that are being exacerbated by Optimizer.

I don't want to put a negative on Optimizer since otherwise it seems to work very well.
