Hi, I do not have this issue but one of my members do, their inboxing is displaying as show in attached image, how would this be fixed?

I think it may be an issue with the change from 5.3 to 7.1 I will inbox my details and you can give me your opinion.

Abbey I have admin details for the website, I will need access details of that user to see his inbox page.
