As you can see in the attached image my video plugin is not displaying thumbnails or displaying broken links, how would this be fixed?

if you inspect the element you'll see that the image source is not valid http%3A%2F%2Fut08.xhcdn.com%2Ft%2F436%2F3_2789436.jpg
that is the problem with the xhamster.com resource you will need to go to DB to ow_video_clip and replace this %3A%2F%2 mnemonics to slashes in the thumbURL table
