In order to set the image for FB:
go to admin panel/settings/main settings/page settings and paste this code in the custom head code:
<meta property="og:image" content="URL of your image"/>
if the image does not display you need to clear FB cache (https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug)
as to the image for other oxwall powered websites newsfeed - here's a hack
go to your server via FTP or cpanel to:
/ow_themes/YOURACTIVETHEME/master_pages/html_document.html
before this line:
{$pageBody}
insert this code:
<img style="display:none" src="URL TO YOUR IMAGE" />
then enable dev mode, refresh the website and disable dev mode

Mark, I was about to suggest you to enable the dev mode to clear the cache :)
