Can you develop only site admin defines badge reward ? For example, not use any point types function. I want to give badge reward to members who doing something great. Such as : Super Star members, Verified members, VIP members, Special members, Promoter members, reach one of point types to get specific badge such as posted 100 photos gets Lv 1 photo bedge, posted 500 photos gets Lv 2 photo bedge.

This will not be done in this plugin. It should be in a new plugin.
