I want a "create table"capability in the default editor of blog, Forum same as CKEditor. Is it possible?

shivraj, yes, it's possible but as the custom code modification or as a new plugin development only. You can check the ow_system_plugins/base/components/text_formatter.php file to see how our text formatter works.
