Anyone else having Message "To:" issues? [solved] | Forum

The main thing I have been running into is when I try to send a message (Not chat) the To: is always blank and I can't click it or type in it. I have contacted Oxwall about it in the past but they stated it was a cache issue. the only thing I can think of causing this problem is CloudFlare. Is anyone have a similar problem and use a CDN?

Kenneth, you never contacted us on the message To issue. 


The cache issue you had, related to the admin panel settings, we recommended you to clear the cache in the cloudlflare, try to disable to the plugin and see if the error persists. 

You said that solved the problem


Have you tried to deactivate/reactivate plugin?


You have huge amount of third-party plugins, disable them all, as well as third-party javascript code switch to the default theme, enable debug, and try again.

The reason I was asking about the cache is the moment I use Cache Extreme the To: comes back and I can send message. However, after some time it blanks out again and I have to cache once again to fix it. purging or turning cloudflare off does not fix it only using cache extreme does and it's temporary.
