Thanks Ross're always very kind. Then I restored the old database through the bakup the wax inside the Cpanel. The installation of the databse has been cleared by a friend of mine because he thought to remove only the software on the other hand has also canceled the installation is (computer) I thought he was capable but no. I restored the database of the site but I no longer have the old installation I deleted it.

You need to install the software
Install the same set of plugins which you had on your other site
Then go to config.php and change DB name/username/password data to the restored database data.
As soon as you done step 3 do not enter your website, you need to go to www.yoursite.com/ow_updates and run the update
After that you go to your admin panel and update your plugins DB, you'll see the notifications.

No need to import database.
You have restored it, right?
Now you need to install new software and connect it to this restore database, see my instructions above.
