Not sure. Is that in the dashboard somewhere? Or something I do through cPanel and my host?

I had this cron running every 45 minutes. Changed it to all *. Now to test it. 

Doesn't appear to have helped. 

Try to send mass mail as well. Do you get any notifications on the site? 

Enable debug mode and go to www.site.com/ow_cron/run.php - do you get any kind of errors?

The problem turned out to be that the site settings had populated the overall email address field with admin@, and I was using webmaster@ as the log in on the SMTP page. Once they were in sync all was well.
