Just debug mode, not dev mode, in the last block of code
after that you need to repeat your action to get www.site.com/e500.php

The problem is caused by the ynsocial bridge plugin, disable it and see if the issue persits and contact plugin developer to resolve your issue.

We all waiting for answear from them, but! Have to disable the plugin and all plugin conected to them. Its very stupido am thing, very bad support from this people how make this plugin. Maybe have aswear on this problem nekst weak!
