im runing oxwall 1.7.0, i tried to update to the latest version(1.7.1) but is just to bad,to many problems with alot of plugins,so i went back to 1.7.0 version. can i update all my plugins without update the platform?

Plugins may malfunction or do not work at all. You need to update your platform first, then plugins.
