on mobile site view message same
url not found

please disable all third-party plugins and scripts, switch to the default theme, enable debug mode and send me in PM your admin details, please. 

also which user you were trying to delete, so I could try as well.

i have finally tracked the problem down 
ands its fixed

Great! What caused this?

i dont know how or why 

but i had non oxwall folder in root directory 
and i removed the folder and then the rewrite rule in htaccess 
and did not notice the problem with delete users or mobile edit pages untill the next day on updating search plugin and all hell break loose 
so i thought it caused the delete user problem
to fix it i reloaded the folder and htaccess rule then dev to true refresh site 
then remove htaccess rule   refresh site then remove folder, dec false

all is good now 

and i can reproduce it by putting a rewrite rule in to a non existent folder
but to fix it now just need remove the rule
