Is there any way (plugin, etc.) to receive an email when there is an unapproved user in the queue waiting to be approved?  Otherwise I have to regularly poll the unapproved user tab.

Even a notification would be better than nothing.  Email would be preferred.

I looked through plugins and couldn't find anything.
