Wasn't able to find one in the store, but wondered if I'm just not searching with the right terms?

Part of this relates to not knowing if there are triggers for the site to send mail to members. Like activity this week, or reminders that someone wants to be friends. It is also related to trying to letting group members control what emails they receive.
