As I discover the event_handler of the plugin, I find that a class file credits.php involves in trigger event of the plugin. What is the purpose of creating credits.php?

This file contains methods for the User Credits plugin. If you want your plugin to work with the User Credits plugin (loose/receive credits for actions), you should use the methods described in this file. Just check this file in the, let's say, Blogs plugin to see how it works there.
