I tried to update my NewsFeed and it states that it was successful however it states that i need to update DB, I clicked on the update tab and it didn't do anything or either I don't know how to do what its asking. Is there there anyone who can help me? Here's what it looks like

You need to update your software (platform) first, then update the plugins.
You have uploaded the newsfeed manually, right?
Do you have a backup of your website?
