You could tick/Select Birthday so that Age search option shows up at:
www.yoursite.com/users/search
Install "Google Map Location" plugin then head towards:
www.yoursite.com/admin/questions/account-types
and make sure you tick the Location section.
Your members will now be able to search by age and location...
Enjoy.
