as to your two first issues, do the search on the forum, these topics has already been discussed a bunch of times. Let's keep the forum clean of the duplicates.
as to the third issue, please confirm that you have enabled debug mode and every time you sign out or save any settings in the admin panel you get a blank page.
If that is so, please PM me your FTP and website admin panel access details, I'll take a look at the issue.
