I think that the user's confessions in the newsfeed must be hidden.

Sorry but if an user go to an user's profile, in the user's profile newsfeed he can view all confessions of this specified users.

Hi Simone, only you (profile owner) can see your confessions in your profile
page, and anyone else do not able to see it. Please check again.
