How do I set up Oxwall with the same look and feel as my current site? I want to keep the same menu, CSS, etc.

You can apply certain CSS styles. You can do that via Theme Customizer, here: yoursite.com//admin/theme/css to achieve that look.
However I believe it will be a theme development after all, as your website and oxwall social network has different structure and layout.
