After installation can't upload any picture through oxwall | Forum

I install oxwall in a HK hosting server company, no error display during installation, but after that, I can't upload any picture , as same as the theme pictures. And I can't change any of the text size or text color of any themes. I asked them about the problem but they said all of the hosting companies set suPHP to ON not OFF. I'm confusing now... HELP!!!

Not all. We have recommended hosting providers they set the server up according to our requirements.
You need to make the suphp off, as it can affect the work of the software and plugins.
