yes  i was adding to chat ccs fix from day line in another forum 

and i dont know why but i refreshed the edit ccs page and lost everything i have added 
complete blank and i tested it  by put more in and save it all fine go away from page and come back all god but refresh page and blank again 

i try 10 times and it wipes custom ccs  every time 

Tammy I can't reproduce that on your website. Something is wrong on your side.

sometimes need refresh 2 times for it to happen

Ok, I see it now. Tammy I need you to disable all 3rd party plugins, so I could check the issue with the default plugins only. 

ok il do that now  and test it again and the user edit profile/ dashboard

ccs problem is stock notifications plugin 

user edit profile / dashboard button
 all plugins deactivated and as soon as add a plugin that goes to profile or dashboard 

the button auto unticks

try add profile cover or profile snipets  button auto unticks

Tammy I just did the same, 

allowed user to customize dashboard, then enabled profile cover plugin, cleared cache the box still tick

aactivated profile snippets, cleared cache, checkbox is still ticked. 

type jibber-jabber in the CSS section, saved it, cleared the cookies, everything is there, nothing is gone. 

Probably that is important I disable cache-extreme plugin, you forgot about that.

Alright, Tammy this is a bug, we were able to reproduce that with the default plugins widgets too. 

I'll pass it to our developers.

the custom profile button problem is another forum il find once i finish put the site back together
