and also if i want to add jquery in my pages in which file to add the link to it?

i mean the design not the order. :)
I have other design but i don't know if i need to edit just the .css file or i need to search .html file. Seems oxwall most of oxwall system is <div>...</div> tags and i'm not pretty sure where to start with the edits. Ignore my question about the jquery i didn't mansion all oxwall is using jquery by default. :)

base.css, be sure to have dev mode on in ow_includes/config.php when editing the base.css in ow_themes/themename/
