ya dear second image is of cronjob...
and its taking 30 minutes to update the "Offline" status....!

It takes 30 minutes after you click "Logout" or after you just close your browser?
If you close browser, the system will logout you automatically after 30 minutes. This is normal situation.

if you manually sign-out it reflects it immediately..
but if you don't .. it keeps you online..

Sir, as I pointed higher, if you just close your browser, "garbage collector" which run with cronjob only, will logout you only after 30 minutes of inactivity. As I understand, you want to logout user immediately, when he closed his browser. But, how the system can detect that he closed his browser?
