Someone or expert has know sintax for this requirements i need on php.ini
or How to set that:
fopen on
register_globals off
safe_mode off
suPHP off
suApache off
suhosin off
My host tell me i can set that by php.ini (badhoster he don't help full)

you need root access to your server
if your on shared hosting there no way you will be able to do it

Alix, you need to look up this info on google (how to enabled/disable modules in php.ini) as we do not provide instructions on server configuration.
Otherwise you need to change your hosting provider, as most of the providers fulfill clients requests as this is what they get paid for, not only the server you obtain from them.
This also should tell you that you will likely have problems with them in the future in case you run into some problem with the server, let alone their unwillingness to assist you with such a simple request.
