I installed it, set it up with my ccbill account and I see nothing in admin or anywhere else to make it actually useable :(

Hello Mark.
This plugin is just allow to accept payments on your CCBill account from your powered by oxwall site. To sell anything on your site via this plugin, you need an additional plugins such as a Memberships (http://www.oxwall.org/store/item/35) or User Credits (http://www.oxwall.org/store/item/53). Both plugins work perfectly with CCBill plugin.
