I have used a wide variety of cms's and forum softwares: IPB, VB, Mybb, Drupal, Wordpress etc.....

V@POR, Solve Media is good, but you will need a developer if you want to integrate it with oxwall-you can find them here, Or you can also use these (antispam)plugins:

Vapor, you will need to create a custom plugin to integrate this captcha into oxwall.
Also you can make a post at custom code modification section, probably some community members will assist you in doing that.
