Guna, if you still asking this in regards of group members and by clicking their profile links you want to go to their dashboard is considered as a custom code modification. 

Newsfeed does not have it's own URL

Thanks for the reply and the info for "Newsfeed does not have it's own URL". 

I really needs to show only the other user's news feed. I do not need to show other user's profile.

Can you please provide an idea on how to accomplish this task?

Go to the Pages and Menus/User Profile

and remove all widgets except for the newsfeed. 

The constraint is profile page should be available to view. In a separate page, I need user's newsfeed.

This is a custom code modification. 

You need to do that on your own or hire a programmer to do that for you.

Created a new user_dashboard function similar to base/controller/componenet_panel.php's  dashboard function and created a new url for the new function.
