What size was the avatar? both pixel sizes and filesize
Have you the right chmod settings on your install folders.
Does your host have all the requirements for hosting an oxwall site?

Avatar 90 px, big avatar 190x, yes my hosting have all criteria, already have the right chmod, problem that i found is in .htaccess, i made a few change there, then it already ok
