This happened when i upgraded to 1.7.2 also im not able to access admin panel at all.

Until you get a response and the issue fixed, try contacting your hosting and ask them to re-install your database and folder that holds the oxwall files say from five days before you did the update. That should get your site back up and running. Then upload a test site, then do updates and see what you get.

O_o, seems like you have updated newsfeed plugin first without updating platform first.
