I need to add Last activity date somewhere at User Profile page. I guess
the best place is in the end of Basic information. How can I do this?
If I need to edit the code please tell me which .php file to edit. It
would be perfect if you could post here the required code.

Why don't you make it a profile page widget?why would you want it as widget it should be in the use data section
also when are you going to make your photo mod to show by albums into a plugin
as for long time it has not worked

When it's a widget, you can place it wherever you want it to display, including directly under the profile data section.
