Some time ago I created a topic asking for help with the software as I was experiencing an issue. There were no search results available to I published it and surprise, that account was suspended with no explanation what-so-ever for several days. Same thing occurred with a second account that I created. If this is how you want to run your business fine by me. I will just relay that information back to my partners at YouTube who I host websites for and millions of people around the world will know what type of company this is. I don't mean to sound like some punk, but come on. If I have a a legit problem and sincerely asking for help,,why is my account being suspended?

Christopher, we use some algorithms to prevent autospammers from joining our website and post, probably you post fell under the conditions of those algorithms and your accounts were auto suspended.
What were the issue you experienced?
What were the account details of your suspended accounts (e-mail, username)?
