How to turn on FFMPEG from Arvixe shared hosting plan ? I want to turn on for upload video plugin that can preload video's image.

I believe in case of a shared hosting plan, you cannot do that. You need to contact Arvixe to find out.

They told me they have turned on all FFMPEG functions for all shared hosting plan.
